Larry Cammarata, Ph.DLarry Cammarata, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist practicing in Asheville, North Carolina. He is a Lead Faculty Area Chair of Psychology for the University of Phoenix. Larry is an instructor of the Chinese martial and healing arts of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. He has authored a DVD entitled, “Qigong for Health and Vitality: The Eight Pieces of Brocade.” He is also a professional musician and performance artist. Linda Cammarata, RN, RYT: Linda Cammarata, RN, RYT has enjoyed a long career as a nurse, and for over 25 years she has focused on holistic health and natural wellness. She has developed numerous integrative wellness programs, presenting at Yoga Teacher Training Programs, national health conferences, and world-renowned spas in the US and abroad. Linda’s common sense approach is balanced with sleep science, educational holistic modalities, and mindfulness-based approaches that address the body-mind and spirit.

Ed Glauser, LPC, LCMHC: Ed Glauser, M.Ed., N.C.C., LPC, LCMHC  is the owner and principal clinician of the Mind Body Medicine Network, LLC, an international clinical, educational and professional development network headquartered in Athens, Georgia. Ed has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia for over twenty-two years. Ed received his master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Georgia in 1990 and has served as a clinician in medical, mental health and educational settings. He has received certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia with Gregg Jacobs, Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Medical School as well as being trained in both Mindful Sleep Health with Rubin Naiman, Ph.D. from the University of Arizona’s Center for Integrative Medicine, and in behavioral pain management with Howard Schubiner, MD from Providence Hospital in Michigan. Ed has a Master Practitioner Certification in Mind Body Medicine through the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine as well as a certification in clinical hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis with a concentration in mind body medicine.  

Heather Butts, JD, MPH, MA: Heather Butts JD, MPH, MA is an Instructor and Faculty Advisor of the Part-Time Health Policy Management students at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health where she teaches Bioethics and Public Health Law. She also serves as an instructor in Health Law and Bioethics at St. John’s School of Law and is Faculty Advisory of the UNANY Student Alliance. She is the co-founder and Board Member of the non-profit H.E.A.L.T.H for Youths, Inc., and the founder of L.E.A.R.N for Life Consulting, L.L.C.
She previously served as Regulatory Specialist at Columbia University Medical Center’s
Institutional Review Board and focused on compliance audits, training, education and privacy issues. Prior to her work at Columbia, Ms. Butts served as Senior Associate in the Healthcare Regulatory Group of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP where she focused on regulatory compliance issues.  Ms. Butts received her BA from Princeton University, her JD from St. John’s University School of Law, her MPH from Harvard University School of Public Health and her MA in Education from Teachers College. She currently sits on the Council for Certification of IRB Professional and has participated in several seminars and conferences on public health and the law, research ethics and compliance.  She serves on several non-profit boards and has been honored by the National Council of Negro Women and the Los Padres Foundation.
